Apple iPhone 6s vs Samsung S6 ? Which is best phone? Which phone smartphone you should buy?
As we know, every year Samsung and Apple launch their smartphones in competition with each other. Samsung launches new smartphone in the Galaxy S series in competition with Apple iPhone series. If we compare design of these smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S6 is 6.8 mm thick with stylish metal frame and glass back and it's glass back is prone to picking up finger prints. It is available in four colors. White pearl / Black Sapphire / Gold Platinum / Blue Topaz.
Whereas iPhone 6s is 7.1 mm thick and is a slim slab of metal with very little breaking up the smooth lines of the aluminium build. It is available in Gold, Silver, Space Grey, Rose Gold.
Samsung Galaxy S6 has 5.1 inches 2560x1440 QHD super AMOLED display, but the resolution of the Samsung Galaxy seems lacking.
Whereas Apple iPhone has 750x1334 IPS LCD display and that's the same resolution and size of iPhone 6. Apple is adding new force touch display to iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, which recognises the amount of pressure you place on the display and Apple is calling is 3D display which will let you "peek" into content like works on the home screen, native apps and emails.
But Samsung Galaxy S6 has more sharper display than iphone 6s but has no such pressure-sensing technology.
Samsung Galaxy S6 has Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor which is pretty much the best mobile "System on Chip" around today. It's four cores running at 2.1GHz and the remaining four clocked at 1.5GHz. The smartphone has 3 GB RAM.
Whereas Apple iPhone has 64-bit dual-core AB CPU. The processor is made to be 70 % faster at CPU tasks and 90 % faster at graphics.
Samsung Galaxy has quality snapper too though, 16 MP, 2988 x 5312 pixels, optical image stabilization camera on the back and 5 MP, 1440p@30fps, dual video call, Auto HDR front camera..
Whereas Apple has long delivered some of the best cameras found on the smartphones. It has 12 MP, 4608 x 2592 pixels, phase detection autofocus rear camera and 5 MP, 1080p@30fps, 720p@240fps, face detection, panorama, HDR front camera
Samsung Galaxy S6 runs on Android 5.1 overlaid with TouchWiz UI which is cleanest and best version of Android yet. Core Android Lollipop is generally a much cleaner UI to navigate and features now shine through.
On the other hand Apple runs on iOS's latest version iOS 9 which includes improvements to long awaited Apple apps, Siri and more.
Samsung Galaxy S6 has a biggest weak point that it has 2,550 mAh battery which is even smaller than the Samsung Galaxy S5's battery.
On the other hand, iPhone 6s also have same stats as of Samsung Galaxy S6's battery, which does not last much more than a day itself. But we are hopeful that iPhone 6s should be able to keep the phone powered for at least longer than Samsung's.
