DMCA Complaint | How To Report To Google To Remove Copied Content Using DMCA?

Have you ever noticed that some has copied your own written content? When you get this information, you think that someone is doing wrong with your hard work. Whenever you publish a post on your blog, some newbie or old bloggers may copy your content or even images and publish on their blogs. This seems if someone is taking your hard work and not giving any juice. In this way, you got bad results and your blog's ranking becomes low because there may be a chance of getting higher ranking of that blogger who is copying your content.

If you are facing this problem, then you can just fill a form and report to Google to remove that copied content. If you have noticed that your content is published to blogger platform, then Google will delete that copied post or even can delete the whole blog for their users satisfaction. But if you notice that someone has published your content to WordPress platform that Google can only remove that content from their indexing, that means Google will not index that post or even whole blog after you report.

How To Report To Google To Remove Copied Content Using DMCA?

• You can report copied content to Google to remove from their indexing after you find which blog has copied your content. First of all you have to go to Google DMCA page and select the option "Submit a Legal Request".

• Now you have to select one option from "Blogger" or "Web Search". If you find copied content on Blogspot platform then you have to select "Blogger" and if you find copied content on another platform then select "Web Search".

• Now select the option "I have a legal issue that is not mentioned above". As shown in screen shot below.

• After that select "I have found content that may violate my copyright".

• In this step, select the option "Yes, I’m the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the copyrights owner’s behalf".

• Now, select the option of which type you want to report. "Image/Video" or "Other"

• At last, you will get a link to the form as shown in screen shot below.

After that fill that form and click on "Submit". Fill your original details like name, email, your blog address, violating address. Google will take some days to review your application and will remove that copied content from their indexing.
